13. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping labels. Pink Platypus Emporium does not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at debbie@pinkplatypusemporium.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Yes. Orders shipped to the European Union qualify for a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
